The library was first opened under the Carmelita village council with the help of BNLSIS in
December in the year 2018. It's Now under the BNLSIS from June 2023.
Carmelita Community Library is a small room located in the community center across from the big football field.
Its small capacity can hold around 20 small children comfortably.
